In addition to creating wonderful works of art, teaching art classes, photographing product, writing content & managing the artist’s two beagles she’s handles Direct Sales and Customer Service. Ask her what her favorite pottery shapes and glaze colors are because she loves talking about NAMAS creations as much as you do and she can answer almost any question you come up with!

Our goal is to create one-of-kind art work that is fun, functional & beautiful. Your NAMAS collection will serve you today and become a family heirloom tomorrow. Every customer inquiry and question is important to us.

Email Order Confirmations

When you place an online order with us you will receive two emails. The first will contain your order information and the second will be a credit card billing notification.
Should you fail to receive one or both of these emails, don’t be alarmed. Check your spam folder first. If not there, chances are there was a typographical error in the email address you provided during checkout – it happens frequently.
However, if you saw the “Save this for your records” message on your screen after checkout, then we received your order and it will be shipped as quickly as possible from our Salem, UTAH location.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

* Hand washing is highly recommended for longevity which preserves patinas on both raw stoneware and glazes, however all our kitchenware is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. NONE ARE STOVE TOP SAFE. We recommend you warm up your piece slowly prior to use to avoid thermal shock. Take care of your pottery & it will serve you today and become an hierloom for tomorrow.

RETURNS

There are no returns or exchanges. We do our best to represent the exact color & form of our pottery through the images on the store pages. Please check descriptions carefully before ordering. Each product is individually handmade & may vary slightly in color & size.

BREAKAGE?

We pack each order as it comes in with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramic ware in general, once it leaves our studio, it is out of our hands. We insure items costing over $100. If an item arrives broken, please take it to your local USPS for reimbursement. Upon reimbursement, please visit namasartstudios.com to reorder and leave a note letting us know your item arrived broken.

CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept cancellations PRIOR to the product being shipped.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping applies to all orders in the USA. All other orders will be charged carrier shipping rates.

international shipping: at checkout you will receive an automated quote from usps priority mail. however, that quote is usually calculated incorrectly. please message me with your full address for a quote on exact usps international shipping or purchase and if there are shipping overcharges, receive a shipping refund within 2 business days.

Local Pick Up

Our art studio is located at the foot of Mt. Loafer in Salem, Utah. If you live near us, we’d love to meet you at the sutdio for local pick-up. Just email us at [email protected] so we can have your piece ready for pick up.
